Services & Fees

let’s meet

I always offer a free 15-min phone consult. Fees for services are listed below.

If we agree we’re a good fit, you can book a full 60-min consultation, sharing a little more about your family, setting goals and clarifying what type of resources & support feel like the best fit. In this meeting, we’ll decide next steps together. You’ll have a good sense for my style, and I’ll be clear about whether and how I might help.

Sessions

Initial Consultation $250 (60 minutes)

Regular sessions $180 (50 min)

Extended sessions $250-$265 (60-90 min)

I don’t bill any insurance directly. I’m happy to provide a SuperBill (monthly receipts) for you to seek reimbursement for Out Of Network coverage. I recommend families check this benefit ahead of time with your insurance carrier. Often HSA/FSA (health savings/flexible savings) benefits can be applied to therapy services; please check your benefits to confirm.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, an any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
